**TO CUSTOMERS FROM THE UK, As per the HMRC, all purchases with a value of £135.00 or more will be subject to pay UK VAT (20%) and import duties. You will see that UK VAT will not be charged by Music Box Designs on purchases over the aforementioned threshold. We have tried to mitigate this scenario via our shipping discounts with Fed Ex. Please utilize our UK Distributor, https://www.analogueseduction.net to avoid these charges. Please note, certain items and discounts are not available through their site.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days (Monday through Friday).

Customers will be notified if there are any exceptions with regards their order being dispatched within this time frame.

Once your order has been processed for shipping, a tracking email will be sent to your email address.

We use Federal Express for the United States, Canada, and where we deem applicable. We currently use a variety of carriers in the EU and many other parts of the world, so shipping times may vary. If there is a rush order, please notify us and we can look into Fed Ex. All extra charges will be incurred by the customer.

There are some countries where a duty fee maybe added on to the shipment. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
